The application process for the posts of Civilian Tradesman (Group-C) by the Indian Navy has started from yesterday, i.e., 13th August. Candidates who want to apply for the posts of Civilian Tradesman (Group-C) in the Indian Navy can now apply online by visiting the official website. Let us tell you, a total of 1266 candidates of Civilian Tradesman will be appointed by the Indian Navy. Also, the candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of a written examination. Candidates can apply for these posts online by visiting the official website indiannavy.gov.in and paying the fees online.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the posts of Civilian Tradesman (Group-C), the candidates must have completed class 10th from a recognized board of India. Apart from this, the candidates must have completed the apprenticeship training in the relevant trade.

The minimum age of the candidates has been fixed at 18 years and the maximum age at 25 years. However, age relaxation will also be provided to the candidates. SC and ST candidates will be given 5 5-year relaxation in the age limit, OBC candidates will be given 3 3-year relaxation in the age limit, and Divyang candidates will be given 10 10-year relaxation in the age limit.

The selected candidate will be given Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200 per month.

How will the selection be done?
The candidates will be selected on the basis of a screening application, shortlisting of applications, and a written examination. In the written examination, candidates will be asked multiple-choice type questions of 100 marks from General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English subjects. The duration of the examination has been fixed for two hours.
