This premium housing scheme of DDA has brought the facility of flats and parking for people of different income groups. There are 39 high income group flats in Vasant Kunj, Jasola and Dwarka. At the same time, 48 middle income group flats will be available in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagari, Dwarka and Pitampura. 22 low income group flats will be given in Rohini. Apart from this, e-auction of 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar will be held.

What will be the price?

The price of these flats has been decided according to the income group. The price of high income group i.e. HIG flats will be around Rs 1.64 crore to Rs 2.54 crore. Middle income group i.e. MIG flats will be available from Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore. At the same time, the price of low income group i.e. LIG flats has been kept between Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh.

Who can apply?

No specific eligibility has been fixed for this scheme. This scheme is on first come, first served basis. That is, those who apply early. They will get the first chance.
