Rajasthan New Housing Scheme 2025: There is good news for people dreaming of their home in Rajasthan. The State Housing Board is going to start new residential schemes in Udaipur, Bundi, Baran and Dholpur districts this month. These schemes will provide both flat and independent houses available, which will provide EWS (economically weaker class), LIG (lower income) and MIG (middle income) families with modern facilities, safe and affordable housing.
The Housing Board is bringing these schemes to implement the state government's budget announcement 2025-26. These projects will be launched in Udaipur's piles in Maddi, Atru in Baran district, Nainwa in Bundi district and Bari Road area of Dholpur. This will directly benefit those who have been waiting for their home for a long time.
Housing Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma said that these schemes being brought by the board will prove to be a big relief for the common man. In these projects, special arrangements will be made for green parks, community buildings, adequate parking, children's play and water conservation. He says that the aim of the Housing Board is to provide quality and safe housing to every citizen according to the state government.
Especially in these new schemes, it has been taken care that every section of the society can get homes. While economically weaker sections and LIG families will be given affordable flats, options for free houses will also be available for middle income groups.
