Non -vegetarian population in India: The diversity of catering in India is unmatched from any other country. Kerala: 99.1% of Kerala people are non -vegetarians. The non -vegetarian food here is very rich and diverse, including fish, chicken and red meat dishes. They are often served with coconut milk, chillies and various spices. Famous cuisine here includes Nadan Kozhi Varuthathu (Spicy Chicken Fry) and Kerala Pran Curry, which is very tasty. 2. West Bengal: 99.3% of people from West Bengal prefer non -vegetarian food. The most popular dishes of this state include Kosha Mangasho (a type of mutton curry) and Hilsa fish dishes, such as Macher Jhol (a type of spicy fish stu). Bengali cuisine includes chingari cream curry (shrimp in coconut milk) and many delicious chicken and mutton dishes. 1. Nagaland: 99.8% of people from Nagaland eat non -vegetarian food. This state is known for its rich and diverse non -vegetarian dishes. A specific Naga plate consists of a variety of meat cooked with rice, cooked vegetables and local herbs, bamboo sprouts and fermented foods. Pork, chicken, fish and beef are common here. However, deer, wild boar and dog meat are also eaten in some areas.
