New Delhi. Airtel subscribers have faced a lot of trouble since Monday in Delhi-NCR. Due to any technical flaw in the network, it is not possible to make voice calls from mobile. Thousands of people are not able to make their necessary phone calls, which has also affected their work. Now a similar complaint has been made by select live and Vodafone-Idea (VI) users.

The network working normally by morning suddenly deteriorated after noon. Many subscribers reported that the call does not go to the bell when dialing and the network automatically cuts the call. At the same time, some people have to wait a long time to connect the call. In this condition, subscribers are repeatedly trying to restart the mobile and change the network setting, but the problem remains the same.

Downdetester, which has a down -time monitoring website of the platforms, has shown that many Jio and VI users have also complained of flaw after Airtel. These users are also facing difficulty in voice calling. However, services for most Jio and VI users are working normally.

The entire Delhi NCR is coming in the Dikt Company Service Center, the employees present said that the problem is not only limited to any one area, but the entire National Capital Region (NCR) is spread over. Employees made it clear that this is not a personal problem of any subscription, but a major technical flaw, on which the company’s experts are continuously working. He says that the company is trying to fix this malfunction as soon as possible, so that the subscribers can get relief.

People from all over the country who are calling Airtel users living in Delhi-NCR, they are also unable to connect. However, with the help of internet, they can do voice calling and video calling with the help of other apps.

The response to the company Airtel has issued an official statement in this regard. The company said that ‘our customers have been having trouble calling for some time in Delhi-NCR. A large part of this problem has been cured and our team is also fixing the rest of the problem quickly. We are sorry for the problem of users.
