Save SBI's WhatsApp number: Save the number +919022690226 in your phone.

Start chat: Send "Hi" to this number on WhatsApp. After this, SBI's chatbot will answer you and show the menu of services.

Select Service: Respond by selecting a number (e.g., 1, 2) from the chatbot menu. Some services may require verification with OTP.
