HDFC Bank has alerted its customers that some customer care services will not be available from 11 pm on 22 August 2025 to 6 am on 23 August. The bank says that this is a system maintenance work, which will last for about 7 hours. This will give customers a better banking experience in the future.
During this time, if customers want to use WhatsApp chat banking or SMS banking, then the service will not be available to them. Apart from this, phone banking, IVR, email, and social media support will also be affected. However, the bank's toll-free number will remain active to block the card and account.
