Lda new housing schemes: The city of Lucknow is growing rapidly, but people often return disappointed in search of home and plot. In such a situation, Lucknow Development Authority has taken a big step. LDA is going to launch four new ambitious residential schemes this year, which will not only meet residential needs but will also give Lucknow a new direction of modern urban structures.
Due to the ever increasing population and urbanization in Lucknow, the demand for housing is increasing rapidly. Due to limited options so far, there was a huge shortage of Residential plots in Lucknow and flats. The LDA believes that this deficiency will be resolved after the new schemes and people will be able to get houses with reliable basic facilities.
The four schemes on which LDA are working include -
Overall, through these schemes, the target is to provide housing to more than 6 lakh people through Affordable Housing in Lucknow.
The Anant Nagar Yojana at LDA's Mohan Road has already been very successful. In the first phase itself, more than 13,000 applications were received for 334 plots. Now the lottery of the second phase is also fixed. The scheme remains a center of attraction for both investors and buyers due to facilities such as modern infrastructure and (Lucknow Property Investment).
There are frequent disputes about land acquisition. This time the LDA has adopted the model of land pooling, so that farmers get proper compensation and reduce disputes. Also, LDA plot allotment will be done from allotment lottery system, which will maintain transparency.
Land acquisition and farmers' consent is the biggest challenge. However, LDA claims that these problems will be resolved through mutual agreements and transparent arrangements.
These four schemes starting with a budget of Rs 20,000 crore promise to take Lucknow's identity to a new level. If everything goes on time, the capital will be better not only in terms of living in the coming years but will also emerge as a strong center for investment and employment.
