DU Admission 2025: There is some great news for the students who took admission in Delhi University and could not complete their degree for any reason. DU will give such students a chance to complete their degree. The university has announced a 'special chance', which is for alumni. Under this scheme, such students will be given a chance who could not complete their graduation, postgraduation, or professional degree due to various reasons.

This scheme is for those students who took admission in undergraduate courses between 2012 and 2019 and who joined the PG program between 2012 and 2020 but could not complete the degree. Under this scheme, eligible students will be allowed to reappear in a maximum of four papers. DU has also issued a notification in this regard.

DU Admission: Application has to be made by this date

For this, the concerned students will have to apply with all the documents by September 15. Students can apply online by visiting the official website of the university till the prescribed date. The university will release a tentative date sheet with details of the examination centers. A senior official said that students of regular colleges, non-collegiate centers, the School of Open Learning, and professional courses will be able to take advantage of this opportunity. He also underlined that this is the last opportunity. No similar opportunity will be given again.

DU Special Chance: How much is the fee?

Students applying under the scheme will have to upload all the required documents, including previous results. Also, a fee of Rs 5,000 per paper will have to be deposited. Applications will be accepted only after being verified by the concerned faculty, department, college or center. The university has also clarified that the fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances. For more information, students can visit the official website of Delhi University.

Admission to DU's UG and PG courses is based on CUET score and number. For admission, students have to register on the CSAS portal. Admission is not granted without applying on the portal. The admission process for PG courses has been completed.
