Ghaziabad dog feeding incident: Yashika Shukla, a resident of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, was brutally beaten by a man only for this because she was feeding stray dogs near a society. The incident took place late on Friday night, when Yashika was feeding them a few hours after the Supreme Court order to remove dogs in Delhi-NCR. Let’s know this whole news in detail …

Slapping eight without anything
Yashika said that she was feeding the dogs at a fixed place near the society, which has been decided by the administration as a ‘designed feeding place’. Then a person named Kamal Khanna, who lives in Brahmaputra Enclave, Vijay Nagar, came there and slapped him eight times without any talk.

Video of the incident went viral

The entire incident was recorded in a mobile camera, which is now viral on social media. In the video, Yashika is heard saying, "Didi, record the video. They are killing me" On this, the accused man gives a free answer, "Yes, record." It is clear in the video that the young man is slapping them repeatedly and once in the middle also claim that the woman first raised her hand on her.

Police took action, accused in custody
Taking the case seriously, the police have registered a case against the accused Kamal Khanna and taken him into custody. This incident has again raised questions about the safety of animal lovers and women in the society.

New order of Supreme Court …
A few hours before this incident, the Supreme Court had changed its order of August 11, in which all stray dogs from Delhi and NCR were instructed to keep in shelter homes. But practical problems were revealed about its implementation. In the new hearing, the Supreme Court ordered that all dogs be released back after vaccine and sterilization, unless they have symptoms of rabies or showing aggressive behavior. The court also said that proper and designated places should be arranged to feed dogs.

Society’s responsibility and question
This incident shows what kind of violence the animal lovers in the society have to face despite the instructions of the Supreme Court. Is it such a big crime for a woman to feed dogs that she should be killed publicly? In such cases, administration, society and law need to show sensitivity together.
