It gave a glimpse at the elegant decor that merges seamlessly with the modern design. Each balcony features lush green hanging gardens, a vibrant contrast to the stone-grey structure.
While details of the home and its interiors are yet to be revealed, Ranbir, Alia, and their daughter Raha have been seen frequenting the property to keep tabs on the structural developments and interior decor, to make sure it is to their liking. Over the past year, even mom, Neetu Kapoor, has also been seen keeping a close eye on the progress.
Housewarming on Diwali The property carries deep significance for the Kapoor family. Originally owned by Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, the home later passed to his parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, in 1980. Now, with the new building finally complete, Ranbir and Alia are expected to move in soon.
Reports doing the rounds stated that the family was keen to celebrate Diwali in their new home last year. However, a delay in adding finishing touches pushed back their plans.
