According to Google, all apprenticeships will be in hybrid mode, meaning you will have to work from Google's office in Hyderabad, Gurugram, Mumbai, or Bengaluru for a few days a week, and some work will be done from home. The selection process can last from 18 to 24 weeks. Candidates who complete the apprenticeship will get a Google certificate and will also get a chance to apply for a full-time job in the last three months of the program.

Who can apply?

Aadhaar number must be there, and it must be linked to the mobile number.

Personal email ID must be there.

Should not have participated in a government apprenticeship program before.

A bachelor's degree is required for all four positions.

Should be an expert in speaking and understanding English.

A maximum of 1 year of experience is required for data analytics and software roles.

At least 1 year of experience is required for project management and digital marketing.

What will be the work?

Data Analytics Apprenticeship (24 months): If you like working with data and numbers, then skills like SQL and spreadsheets will be taught under this program. During work, you will have to identify patterns, prepare insights, and work on projects with Google teams.

Project Management Apprenticeship (24 months): In the program, candidates will be taught to plan projects, manage teams, and handle risks. While working on different Google projects, you will have to perform responsibilities like documentation and reporting.

Digital Business Marketing Apprenticeship (24 months): This program is for those who want to make a career in digital advertising and marketing. It includes designing campaigns on the Google Ads platform, handling client accounts, and analyzing digital data. Candidates will be given information about digital tools and business development. This training can lead to digital marketing specialist, SEO analyst, or business development roles.

Software Application Development Apprenticeship (12 months): This program is very useful for those interested in technology. In this, candidates will get experience of coding, testing, and development in languages ​​like Java, Python, and C++. Along with this, teamwork and problem-solving skills will also develop while working on real projects.
