Lee explained that when she was younger, she often wondered how her life might have been if she married and had children, and whether it would have been better. However, after reflecting, she believes her current single status is the best arrangement life has given her, and she cherishes it.

At present, Lee is not seeing anyone and has no plans to start a new relationship. When a colleague asked whether she would accept a confession from a younger man, she said she had dated a younger man in the past, but it did not work out. She admitted that in her younger years, she had “loved wildly and blindly,” even neglecting her career. Now, she prefers to focus on the joy her work brings.

In an interview with Nanfang WeeklyLee said that in her 30s, she carried many worries. By her 50s, she felt wiser, understood herself better, and became more relaxed and at ease. She hopes to maintain her fitness well into her 70s and 80s.

In recent years, Lee has remained active in fashion, television shows, and livestreaming. She is in high demand for advertisements and events and frequently shares videos teaching gym workouts and muscle training.

Before entering the entertainment industry, Lee worked as a flight attendant. She made her acting debut in 1990, but it was her portrayal of Xiao Long Nu in TVB’s 1995 adaptation of Jin Yong’s “The Return of the Condor Heroes” that cemented her fame. Her performance received widespread acclaim, with Jin Yong himself praising her as the perfect embodiment of the character.
