BSSC CGL 2025 Latest News: Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has announced the revised schedule of the 4th Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination (BSSC CGL 4 2025). According to the notice issued, the registration process has started from 25th August. Interested candidates can apply till 26th September, 2025.

According to the notice issued by the commission, registration has started from today, 25th August. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill out the application form by visiting the official website till 26th September. At the same time, the last date for depositing the fee has been fixed as 24th September, 2025. The commission has reduced the examination fee to just Rs 100 for all the candidates.

Registration was to start on August 18, but it was postponed.

On the occasion of Independence Day, the Chief Minister of the state, Nitish Kumar, had announced that the examination fee for the preliminary competitive examinations to be held for jobs in the state would be reduced to just Rs 100, and no examination fee would be charged in the main examination.

This announcement of the CM also affected the application process of the fourth CGL 2025 recruitment. The commission had postponed the registration process. The commission had issued a notice on August 4 stating that applications would be accepted for the CGL 4 recruitment exam from August 18 to September 19, 2025, but it was postponed. Now the commission has announced a new registration schedule after reducing the fee.
