Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was addressing the three -day employment Mahakumbh at the Indira Gandhi Foundation in Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi said that youth are a source of immense energy. The most young population in the world is in India and in India also in Uttar Pradesh.
The youth of UP have got their talent ironed on getting the opportunity, so today the demand of the youth of UP is all over the world. Today employment companies and youth are on one platform.
He said that the results of the work done in the last eight years in the state are that where earlier villages used to migrate for employment, today they are getting employment in the state itself.
Villages are becoming the center of employment. The units which were closed due to Inspector Raj and other interference in the state, today their number has increased to 96 lakhs. The strength of the small and cottage industry was realized during the Korona period.

The state realized the power of One District One Product and Small and Cottage industries during the era of Corona. About 40 lakh laborers returned to the state during Corona. Employment was provided to them with the help of ODOP and MSME. Today, UP UP is the first state in the country to give five lakh insurance cover to registered units.

Today local level units are providing employment to the people. This is self -sufficient Uttar Pradesh. Which will lay the foundation of developed Uttar Pradesh and developed India. We launched Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana. We trained every youth and gave loans cheaply. Any youth can establish themselves as entrepreneurs from the CM Yuva Udyami Yojana. All these changes took place in the last eight years.

CM Yogi said that government jobs are also being given to youth in the state. We have recruited 2.19 lakhs by the police. Recruitment 1.56 lakh teachers and add all departments to 8.5 lakh people.

Addressing the program, Labor Minister Anil Rajbhar said that after the independence in UP till 2017, the number of factories who have not been registered till 2017 have been registered during the reign of CM Yogi after 2017. He said that the Yogi government is determined to provide employment to the youth.

In Mahakumbh, the target is to provide employment to about 50 thousand youth in the famous companies of the country. Youth with eighth pass from eighth pass and educational qualifications up to diploma engineering can take advantage of this opportunity.

Neha Prakash, director of the Employment Department, said that representatives of more than 100 well-known companies from India and abroad will participate in it. Through the three forums in the Employment Mahakumbh, the youth will get employment opportunities in the city and the state as well as abroad.

Youth will have direct talks with experts in the employment conclave. Companies will drive on-spot interviews and placements. Through the exhibition, the youth will get a glimpse of the progress, new industrial policies and skill development models of the state.
