In such a situation, there is a question in the minds of people that will the banks be closed in Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh too? According to the list released by Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks will be open in Lucknow today. That is, customers will continue to get banking services in most districts of UP including the capital.
