The Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Limited has announced openings for 40 positions as Tourism and Heritage Fellows. This fellowship not only offers valuable experience but also provides a competitive monthly stipend.


The initiative aims to engage Delhi's youth with the city's heritage and tourism, enabling them to promote Delhi's identity, culture, and heritage to a wider audience. Here’s what you need to know about the application process and deadlines.


Details of the Fellowship


Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹45,000 along with a conveyance allowance of ₹5,000, totaling ₹50,000 per month. This fellowship serves as an excellent opportunity for both learning and career advancement.


Eligibility Criteria


Applicants must be under 35 years of age as of September 8, 2025, and should possess either a graduation or post-graduation degree. Preference will be given to those with degrees related to tourism.


Experience and Language Proficiency


Candidates should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in tourism services, media and communication, culture, heritage, or hospitality. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is essential for effectively communicating tourism-related information.


Importance of Computer Skills


In today's digital age, basic computer knowledge is crucial. Candidates with a certificate or diploma in computer studies will be given preference during the selection process.

Interested candidates must complete a form (Annexure-1) for the fellowship and attach copies of their educational qualifications, age proof, and work experience. All documents should be sent via speed post.
