BPSC AEDO Vacancy 2025: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has started the application process for the recruitment of Assistant Education Development Officer (AEDO) in the Bihar Education Department from today, 27 August. Candidates can apply till 26 September in online mode by visiting the official website of the commission bpsc.bihar.gov.in. In this recruitment process, posts have also been reserved for female candidates.

A total of 935 posts of Assistant Education Development Officer will be reinstated. Out of the total posts, 319 posts have been reserved for female candidates. BPSC AEDO Vacancy 2025: What should be the age for application?

The applicant should have a graduation degree in any stream from any recognized university. At the same time, the age of the candidate should be between 21 and 37 years. OBC, ST, and SC category candidates have also been given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the government rules.

BPSC AEDO Bharti 2025 Application Fee: How much is the application fee?

Candidates of all categories have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. Without an Aadhar card as identity proof, the candidate will have to pay an additional biometric fee of Rs 200. The fee has to be paid online while submitting the application form.

BPSC AEDO Vacancy 2025 Selection Process: What is the selection process?

Applicants will be selected for these posts through a written examination and document verification. Candidates successful in the exam will be included in the further selection process. A total of 100 questions of 100 marks will be asked in the exam. The exam will be of two hours. The commission has also released the exam pattern along with the advertisement.

BPSC AEDO Vacancy 2025 Salary: How much salary will you get?

The selected candidate will get a pay scale of Rs 44900 to Rs 142400 as per the guidelines of the Seventh Pay Commission. The estimated in-hand salary for the AEDO post is around Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000 per month. Apart from this, the candidates will also be given all the facilities and allowances prescribed by the state government.
