According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in Himachal Pradesh between August 30 and 31. Very heavy rains are expected at different places in Uttarakhand from August 30 to September 2.

The department has predicted extremely heavy rains at some places in Gujarat region. Heavy rains may occur in Gujarat region, Konkan, Goa and Madhya Maharashtra for the next 7 days. Heavy rains are also expected in Marathwada on August 30.

Apart from Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, there will be heavy rain here

According to the weather department forecast, heavy rain is expected in Uttarakhand and eastern Rajasthan for the next 7 days. From August 30 to September 2, heavy rain may occur at some places in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh. Heavy rain is expected in western Rajasthan on August 31 and September 1. Heavy rain may also occur in eastern Uttar Pradesh on September 1 and 2. There is a possibility of rain with lightning and thunder in Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Uttarakhand for the next 5 days.

According to the department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in coastal Karnataka for the next 7 days. Kerala may receive heavy rains on August 30 and September 3, 4.

Apart from Bihar, Jharkhand, there will be heavy rain here

According to IMD, heavy rain is expected in Madhya Pradesh for the next 7 days. At the same time, heavy rains may occur in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim from 30 to 31 August. Heavy rains are expected in Bihar on 30 August, while heavy rains may occur in Jharkhand on 30 August and 2 September. Apart from this, heavy rains are expected in Odisha and Chhattisgarh from 31 August to 03 September.

There is a possibility of rain in the northeastern states

There is a possibility of heavy rain in Arunachal Pradesh on 4th September after 30th August. At the same time, heavy rains may occur at many places in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura from 30th August to 4th September.
