Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC) has informed exchanges that its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM (IST) through video conferencing and other audio-visual means.

The company also announced the following key details:

  • Book closure period: From September 10, 2025, to September 24, 2025 (both days inclusive).

  • Record date: September 9, 2025to ascertain shareholder eligibility for dividend payment.

  • Dividend payment date: If approved at the AGM, dividend will be paid on or after September 30, 2025to eligible shareholders.

  • Venue (deemed): Proceedings of the AGM will be deemed to be conducted at GSFC’s registered office in Fertilizernagar, Vadodara, Gujarat.
