Township will be developed in 294 hectares

This township will be developed in an area of ​​294 hectares. So far the authority has purchased 127 hectares of land. In the first phase, development work will start on 60 hectares. As per the plan, a total of 31 sectors will be built by combining Phase-1 and Phase-2.

Home, shopping and industry in the same building

The most special thing about this project is its mixed land use model. Here in the same building, residential flats, shopping complexes and industrial activities will be conducted on different floors. Also, keeping all income classes in mind, plots will be made available for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG category.

Roads will be the first foundation of development

The development work of the township will begin with the construction of wide roads. This will strengthen connectivity and people will get a big reason for settling and investing here.

Can be launched on Deepawali

According to sources, the authority is preparing to complete two sectors by November. The plan is that it should be formally launched on the occasion of Deepawali and the plot sale starts.

Let me tell you, the land of Mohiuddinpur, Chhajupur, Ikla and Kayastha Gramdi is being acquired for this township. The process of purchasing land is moving fast and it is expected that the acquisition of the remaining land will also be completed soon.
