Verify OTP by entering mobile number and captcha.

Fill the form

Fill personal details

Choose “Motor Cycle Without Gear” option

Fill and submit Self Declaration Form.

Upload required documents

Login with application number and DOB

Upload identity card, birth certificate, parental permission letter etc.

Also upload photo and signature.

Slot booking and fee payment

Click on “Proceed to Book” and select the slot

Verify OTP and submit the form

Go to “Fee Payment” and pay by UPI/Debit/Credit card
