Google Pixel 10a, which is believed to be the successor to the Pixel 9a, may launch in India next year. Some of its specifications have leaked online just a few months before the official announcement. The latest development suggests that this smartphone will not come with many upgrades over its previous model. This news comes at a time when Google recently launched the Pixel 10 series, which included Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. It is being said that the new phone will be an affordable option in this lineup.

Possible specifications of Google Pixel 10a
Tipster MysticLeaks has shared some specifications of the Google Pixel 10a through his Telegram channel. According to leaked reports, this phone can work on Google's Tensor G4 chipset, the same chipset that was also given in the Pixel 9 series last year. Pixel a-series phones have always been positioned as affordable models, but they get the same chipset as the flagship. For reference, the Pixel 9a was also powered by the Tensor G4 processor.

The latest leak also suggests that the Google Pixel 10a will not get an upgraded chipset. This could also mean that the California-based tech company is now abandoning its philosophy of offering flagship-like performance at a lower price.

Apart from this, the Google Pixel 10a is said to have the same UFS 3.1 internal storage as the Pixel 9a. Also, this phone may launch without a telephoto camera. The tipster also said that the Pixel 10a screen can support up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness.

During the Pixel 10 series launch, Google also showed a new AI feature, Magic Cue. This feature extracts information from various Google apps and services and gives the user related information on a specific query. Although this feature is given in all the phones of the Pixel 10 series, leaked reports suggest that this feature will not be available in the Pixel 10a initially.

Let us tell you that the Google Pixel 9a is a dual-SIM phone that runs on Android 15. It has a 6.3-inch (1,080×2,424 pixels) Actua pOLED touchscreen with an adaptive refresh rate of 60Hz to 120Hz. As mentioned earlier, it has a Tensor G4 processor, which is paired with a Titan M2 security co-processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

The camera, it has a 48-megapixel main rear camera and a 13-megapixel ultrawide-angle camera. There is a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
