New Delhi: Bengaluru based kitchen appliance company, Upliance.ai has come up with the launch of their next generation Upliance 2.O kitchen tool. They announce the launch on 3 September 2025 for the global market to make cooking faster, healthier, and fuss-free. 

Following the success of its predecessor the Upliance introduced their new Upliance 2.O model geared up AI powered features which can ensure the cooking with high-protein and low-oil recipe modes to faster cooking and auto-cleaning – tailored for Indian households.  

Upliance 2.O features

Upliance 2.0 can perform tasks 40 percent faster than the previous version. This device can heat up to 160 degrees for perfect browning along a glass lid with a virtual flame indicator for a familiar cooking experience. The device features a built-in weighing scale with macro-tracking, for nutritional value and helps adapt to the dietary requirements with cooking variants such as low-oil, high-protein, high-fibre, kid-friendly, and Jain. 

This device comes with smart mode which allows the users seamless chopping and stirring, while a simple mobile sync offers remote cooking control. Additionally the users are able to use recipes while the device is offline once it is synced. It has 750 guided recipes and AI-powered recipe generation. According to Upliance this device can perform up to the mark of an Indian eater  to make food such as ghar-ka-khana like dal, sabzi, rasam, and biryani and also the global popular foods like pasta, risotto, hummus, and Thai curry. Every recipe has been developed and rigorously tested in-house by upliance.ai recipe team to ensure authentic taste and consistency.
