Thanuja Puttaswamy, popularly known as Thanuja Gowda , is a well-known name in the Telugu television industry . She primarily works in both the Telugu and Kannada television industries and gained widespread popularity through the hit Telugu serial Mudda Mandaram .
Born and raised in Bangalore, Thanuja completed her schooling and graduated from Bangalore University . Her passion for the performing arts led her to pursue a career in acting. She made her film debut with the Kannada horror movie 6-5=2, followed by an appearance in the movie Dhande Boys.
Thanuja made her television debut in Telugu with the serial Andala Rakshasi. However, her breakthrough came with the popular daily serial Mudda Mandaram, where she portrayed the beloved character “Parvathi.” Her performance resonated with audiences and established her as a leading actress in the Telugu television industry.
