On the campus of Amity University, a student was abused for about 45 minutes and brutally slapped 50–60. A case has been registered against the accused woman and her associates on the victim's father's tahrir. The victim is a student of BA LLB Second Year. Recently, he had a leg operation and was running with the help of Baisakhi. Despite this, on August 26, as soon as he reached the campus with his friend Soumya Singh Yadav, the accused made him sit in the car under a conspiracy. There were abuses and intimidated for about 45 minutes.

Student Janhvi Mishra and fellow students wreaked havoc together

It is alleged that students Janhvi Mishra and Ayush Yadav together slapped the victim's student 50–60. During this, Vivek Singh and Milay Banerjee made a video of the entire incident and made it viral on social media. The accused also snatched the victim's mobile, deleted her chat and broke the phone.

The video of the incident was stirred up after it went viral on social media. The victim's father alleges that on the go, the accused threatened that if he comes to college again, a similar incident would be repeated.

The university administration immediately suspended all the accused students

Amity University administration issued a statement saying that the incident is unfortunate and the safety of students is the top priority. The university has taken strict action against the accused students and suspended them and clarified that the 'Zero tolerance Policy' is adopted towards indiscipline.

Chinhat police filed case, search for accused continues

The Tahrir of the victim student's father Mukesh Kumar has filed a case against the accused student Janhvi Mishra and her accomplices Ayush Yadav, Milay Banerjee, Vivek Singh and Aryaman Shukla. Sections 115 (2), 191 (2), 324 (4), 351 (3) and 352 of BNS are imposed in the FIR. Police say that the mobile phones of the accused are switched off and arrest is being raided.
