How much will be the benefit after the 8th Pay Commission?

Now many important things have become clear about the 8th Pay Commission. The central government has clearly indicated that it can be implemented from 2026. In such a situation, the expectations of home guards of the rest of the states including UP have also increased. It is believed that his salary may increase by at least 20 percent to 35 percent. The Central Government has formed the 8th Pay Commission in January 2025.
