She stated that he has always been meant for the big screens.

In an interview with The Nod Magazine, Ananya Panday shared that Ahaan was the only boy in their cousins' group, and hence was forced to play along with everyone and do their "little choreographies."
She further added, "He's been making Dubsmashes since he was 12 or 13." She went on to add, "I always felt like he was meant to be on screen." The actress didn't stop as she said, "But nothing prepared me for what I felt when I saw him on the big screen."

Talking about how she felt about seeing him on the big screen, Ananya said that he looked "so good" and quite "expressive" with his "eyes." The actress further shared that Ahaan looked like a "complete star." Ananya went on to share that she cried and howled after watching him on screen.
Ananya said, "For me, it felt like something really big was happening, like a huge shift."
