According to a report by Sacnilk, the movie wrapped up the week with Rs 20 crore. On its ninth day, that is the second Friday, 'Hridayapoorvam' collected Rs 2.7 crore, followed by Rs 3.3 crore on Saturday. The Sunday numbers dipped slightly to Rs 3.2 crore, but the bigger fall came on Monday, when collections dropped by over 58% to Rs 1.34 crore. The film's total now stands at an impressive Rs 30.54 crore.

'Hridayapoorvam' registered an overall 33.18% occupancy in Malayalam theatres on September 8, 2025. The film began the day with modest numbers at morning shows at 13.40% but picked up gradually by afternoon at 27.32% and evening at 39.60%. Night shows performed the best with a strong 52.39% occupancy.
