UPSRTC Janata Bus Service: There is news of great relief for people living in rural areas of Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is going to start the Chief Minister Janata bus service soon. Under this service, villages will be directly connected to the district headquarters and depots, which will make the movement of people easier.
According to the transport department's plan, the first phase of the public bus service will be implemented in 22 districts. These include Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Hardoi, Bareilly, Mathura, Noida, Ghaziabad, Etah, Firozabad, Varanasi, Jaunpur and Ballia.
The transport department aims to connect rural areas directly to the district and depot headquarters.
After the success of the pilot project, there is a plan to implement the public bus service on 1540 routes across the state. CM Yogi had already started operating several new buses on 6 September. Now the government is taking fast steps towards providing cheap and accessible transport facilities to the villagers.
