Vande Bharat Express Train: Bihar is going to get a big gift from the Railways on 15 September. Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate two Amrit Bharat Expresses, one Vande Bharat, and the Katihar-Siliguri new express.

Vande Bharat Express Train: Bihar is going to get a big gift from the Railways on 15 September. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate many new trains through virtual medium from Purnia. These include two Amrit Bharat Express, one Vande Bharat as well as a new Katihar-Siliguri Express. Railways has also released the details and special timetable of inauguration of all trains.

Jogbani-Erode Amrit Bharat Express

Jogbani-Erode Amrit Bharat Special Train No. 06602 will leave from Jogbani on September 15 at 3:30 pm. This train will stop at Forbesganj, Hajipur, Patliputra, Danapur, Buxar, DDU, Prayagraj, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Nagpur, Vijayawada Perambur and Katpadi and other stations and will reach Erode, Tamil Nadu at 7:20 am on 18 September.

Saharsa-Chehreta Amrit Bharat Express

Saharsa-Chehreta Amrit Bharat Special train number 05531 will leave from Saharsa on 15 September at 3:30 pm. This train will reach Chheharta in Punjab at 2:00 pm on 17 September via Supaul, Saraigarh, Sitamarhi, Raxaul, Narkatiaganj, Gorakhpur, Moradabad and Ambala Cantt.

Jogbani-Danapur Vande Bharat Express

Jogbani-Danapur Vande Bharat Special train number 02631 will leave Forbesganj on September 15 at 3:30 pm. It will reach Danpur at 11:40 am via Araria Court, Purnia, Madhepura, Saharsa, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur and Hajipur. After two Amrit Bharat and one Vande Bharat Express, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate the Katihar-Siliguri-Katihar Express. This train will run daily and will leave from Katihar at 6:05 pm and reach Siliguri via Purnia.

Passengers will get direct connection

Regarding the start of new trains in Bihar, the Railways says that these trains will not only provide direct connectivity to the districts of Bihar, but passengers will also find it easy to reach Punjab and South India. Passengers traveling to Patna by Jogbani-Danapur Vande Bharat will also get a new option for fast and modern travel.
