
Uttar Pradesh is now preparing to lead India's technical revolution, not only the state of farming and industry. Under the "Developed UP 2047" vision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a blueprint for making the state a global hub of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Technology and Digital Innovation has been prepared.
The government aims to develop Lucknow and Kanpur as state -of -the -art AI City over the next few years. Research, innovation and technology-based employment will be promoted in these cities. Also, NCR, Noida and Lucknow are planned to make the largest destination of Global Capability Centers (GCC).
Before 2017, only 13.3% of schools in UP had computers, but in eight years of Yogi government, this figure has increased to 40.2%.
The government has prepared a roadmap to lead UP in semiconductor and electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing. In addition, strong digital infrastructure and cyber security hubs will be installed in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
Innovation incubator centers will be opened in every division, so that the youth can get support in startups and new technology. The government's vision is to make UP a global leader of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, Robotics, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Space Technology and Green Technology by 2047.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “Artificial Intelligence, Deep Technology and Emerging Sector will speed up the target of our $ 6 trillion economy. AI City, Semiconductor and EV Manufacturing Hub, Global Data Center and Cyber Security Hub will be converted to new heights in Lucknow-Kanpur. And will create self -reliant and technically strong UP by 2047 with 16% GDP growth. ”
