The beloved supernatural series 'Naagin' is preparing for its seventh season, with official confirmation from the producers. While specific details are still under wraps, recent reports suggest that Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, known for her role in 'Bigg Boss 16', will take on the lead role in 'Naagin 7'. The announcement was made during the launch of 'Bigg Boss 19'.
According to a report from a popular entertainment news source, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary has been selected as the new Naagin. However, the production team has yet to confirm this information. Previously, names like Chaahat Pandey and Isha Malviya were also speculated as potential candidates for the role.
There are also rumors that Avinash Mirsha from 'Bigg Boss 17' might be cast as the male lead in 'Naagin 7'. However, he has publicly denied these claims, stating that he has not been approached for the role.
Producer Ektaa Kapoor recently teased fans about the casting for 'Naagin 7'. In a video with her team, she mentioned, "While discussing who will play the Naagin, we are considering two characters. One is Tanu, and we are looking for another. We are also exploring options for 'Nag Devs' as well."
For those unfamiliar, all previous seasons of 'Naagin' have achieved significant success. The first two seasons featured Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan in leading roles, with Arjun Bijlani and Karanvir Bohra as the male leads.
