The situation has worsened since the Gen-Z protest started in India's neighboring country, Nepal. In such a situation, let us know which helpline numbers have been issued by the Government of India.

There was a political upheaval after the Gen-z protest in India's neighboring country, Nepal. The protesters set fire to many places here. Also, government buildings were set on fire. Because of this, many Indians are stranded there.

Now after the support of Gen-Z, Sushila Karki has become the interim Prime Minister of Nepal, after which the situation in the neighboring country is becoming normal.

Despite this, many Indians are still stranded in Nepal. If any of your loved ones is also stranded there, then know how help can be provided to them.

In fact, keeping in mind the safety of Indians living in Nepal, the Government of India has issued special helpline numbers and assured them of all possible help.

The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu has shared two emergency contact numbers through a post on the social media platform X. These numbers are 977–9808602881 and 977–9810326134.

The Ministry of External Affairs has clearly stated that if any Indian is stranded in an emergency or needs any kind of help, they can contact these numbers.

Also, Indians have been advised to postpone travel to Nepal and stay safe wherever they are, so that help can be provided to them.

In such a situation, this step taken by the Government of India is a big relief for the Indians stranded in Nepal.
