RRB Section Controller 2025: For the youth dreaming of getting a government job in Railways, the opportunity has come to get a great job of a Section Controller. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started the application process for recruitment to 368 posts of Section Controller. Interested and eligible graduate candidates can apply online from 15 September to 14 October 2025 at 11:59 pm through the official website of their regional RRB www.rrbapply.gov.in. The application fee has to be paid by 16 October 2025, while the facility of correction in the form will be available from 17 October to 26 October 2025.

Total Vacancies

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a total of 368 vacancies for the post of Section Controller this time. These posts come in Pay Level-6 (as per 7th CPC). All the vacancies have been distributed in various RRBs across the country, and candidates have to apply according to their regional RRB while applying.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill certain eligibility criteria for the RRB Section Controller Recruitment 2025. In educational qualifications, the candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university or institute, while an equivalent degree will also be valid. As per the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate has been fixed at 20 years and the maximum age at 33 years. However, reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman will be given age relaxation as per the rules of the Government of India.

Application Fee

General and OBC candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 for Railway Section Controller Recruitment, while the application fee for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Female Candidates, Divyang, and Ex-Serviceman has been kept at Rs 250.

Selection Process

The selection process of Railway Section Controller Recruitment will be completed in a total of four stages. First of all, the candidates will have to give a Computer-Based Test (CBT), which will be based on General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Reasoning subjects. After this, the original certificates of the successful candidates will be checked in the document verification stage. The third stage will be the medical test, in which the candidates will be examined as per the A2 medical standard. Finally, the final merit list will be released, which will be prepared on the basis of performance in CBT, documents, and medical examination.

Now complete the registration by entering the required details (name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email ID).

After registration, log in and fill in the educational qualification and category details.

Upload scanned copies of a passport-size photo, signature, and required certificates.

Pay the application fee through debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

After completing all the steps, submit the form and keep its printout safe.
