Aldi's new £35 kitchen appliance hits supermarket shelves today, and shoppers who want to get their hands on it will have to act fast. The German budget supermarket, which has more than 1,000 stores across the UK, regularly releases new products that are on sale for a limited time as part of its Specialbuys. These products can range from electronics to clothing to food to cooking utensils.

Tomorrow, the supermarket releases a number of Specialbuys products onto its shelves, including a £35 kitchen appliance that many home cooks will find attractive. The supermarket releases its new air fryer tomorrow, which is on sale for a limited time for just £34.99. Air fryers are appliances that have shot up in popularity across the UK, revolutionising the way many of us cook things like crispy roast potatoes, homemade pizzas and fried chicken. They range in price, with some going for £300 or higher.

The air fryer has a 6.5-litre capacity and is ideal for "frying, baking, grilling, roasting and even dehydrating", according to Aldi. Like most air fryers, it cooks food quickly and uses little to no oil to do so.

This air fryer has eight One-Touch Cooking Functions to "cook everything with just a tap", as well as an easy-to-read adjustable display, 80-200C adjustable temperature control.

It also features a non-stick cooking rack that is dishwasher safe, and an adjustable timer that allows you to set cooking times between one and 60 minutes.

The air fryer comes in a sleek black colour, which will fit nicely in many kitchens. It also has an interactive, built-in control panel that lends itself to the machine's smooth look.

Aldi's Specialbuys products are only available in stores while stocks last. The air fryer will land on shelves tomorrow (September 18). The supermarket is occasionally hit with massive demand for its Specialbuys products.

In May of this year, Aldi had to introduce a ticketing system at many of its stores across the country as shoppers rushed to buy a pilates reformer that was going for £150.
