PTC Web Desk: The State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced the Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025-26, offering financial support of up to Rs 20 lakh for deserving students. The scheme is open to school, undergraduate, postgraduate, medical, IIT, IIM, and overseas students, with scholarship amounts ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20 lakh, depending on the course and level of study.

To promote inclusivity, the SBI has reserved 50% of the scholarships for female and SC/ST students each. Additionally, SC/ST candidates receive a 10% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks.

Eligibility criteria

For school students, the family’s annual income should not exceed Rs 3 lakh

For other categories of students, the maximum family income limit is Rs 6 lakh

Applicants must provide valid academic and financial documents during the application process.

Admission proof

Bank account details (applicant or parent)

Proof of income

Caste certificate (if applicable)

Recent passport-size photograph

Register using your mobile number or Gmail ID

Complete the application form, upload documents, and accept the terms and conditions
