Internet services were restored on Monday (September 29) in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh, after which the atmosphere of the city is gradually becoming normal. With the withdrawal of internet, people have started using mobile phones and social media and the markets have started returning bright.

Due to the recent stressful developments, the administration has taken tough steps to keep the situation under control. Additional police forces have been deployed on the paths around the residence of Maulana Tauqir Raza and strict monitoring of the visitors is being done. Patrolling has been increased in sensitive areas to prevent any kind of rumor or unpleasant incident.

The Superintendent of Police informed that the situation is completely under control and people have been appealed to maintain peace. He also clarified that if a person tries to spread a rumor, strict action will be taken against him.

Before the closure of internet services, some stressful incidents came to light in the city, due to which the administration had to take this step. Now after the restoration of services, people have got a lot of relief. Many citizens say that their functioning was dependent on the online platform, so they have got great facilities from the restoration of services.

The markets are completely opened and life seems to be returning to the track. The administration has appealed to the citizens not to pay attention to any misleading information and maintain mutual harmony. At present, there is peace in Bareilly and the administration is constantly monitoring the situation.
