If you want to build your own house in Noida, now the authority has given a great opportunity after a long wait. Noida Authority is going to issue 35 residential plots in different sectors, where interested people will be able to buy plots through e-auction.

Application from 3 October to 30 October, opportunity to submit documents from 4 November

Applicants can apply online from October 3 at 11 am, which will continue till 30 October evening. Time will be given till November 4 to submit the document. Plot allocation will be done completely through e-auction process so that transparency is maintained.

Where will the plot be available?

In this scheme, plots will be available in a total of 12 sectors including Sector-41, 44, 48, 51, 53, 56, 61, 72, 99, 105, 122 and 151. The authority will soon upload the brochure on its official website, which will get complete information about the plots.

Complete information about application fees and bidding process

In this process, it will be mandatory to give Rs 2,300 processing fee for application. In e-auction, only those people will find plots, who will bid more than the Reserve Prize. An additional bid of a minimum of Rs 50,000 is necessary. The registry process will begin after the name comes in the successful bidder list.

Auction of institutional and industrial properties also this month

The Authority will include residential as well as 4 plots of institutional department and 7 plots of industrial properties in the auction this month. The authority is estimated to get revenue of about Rs 450 crore from these schemes. According to experts, this plan is a golden opportunity for all who want to build a house on their land in Noida. Being the auction process online and transparent, buyers will now get a way to directly make their dreams come true.
