About the movie

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is a 2025 Hindi romantic comedy directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Dharma Productions in association with Mentor Disciple Entertainment. The film stars Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf in key roles. The story revolves around Sunny Sanskari (Varun Dhawan), a happy-go-lucky guy deeply in love with Ananya (Sanya Malhotra), who breaks up with him to marry a business tycoon named Vikram (Rohit Saraf) under family pressure. Vikram, in turn, has rejected his longtime love Tulsi Kumari (Janhvi Kapoor) to comply with Ananya’s family.

Sunny and Tulsi form a passionate partnership to break the wedding of Ananya and Vikram so they can reunite with their true loves. The film’s narrative is a mix of romance and comedy with a quirky social backdrop, though reviews mention some overacting and a predictable storyline.

In summary, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari had a strong opening day but experienced a notable decrease in box office collection on Day 2, reflecting a moderate hold amidst fierce competition. The film’s mix of romance, comedy, and drama with well-known stars may appeal to fans despite its mixed critical reception.
