Ai city kochi: In Kochi (Kerala), it is now going to be a project that will change the future picture. Artificial Intelligence (AI) City is going to be built here. It will not just be a tech park but a whole modern city for living, reading, working and walking.
This project will be ready at a cost of about Rs 25,000 crore and a target is to be completed by the year 2030. The special thing is that with its construction, about 2 lakh people will get direct employment and more than 4 lakh people will get indirect employment.

Why AI City will be special?
- This will be Kerala’s first AI township.
- The traffic system, civil services, water and waste management here will run with the help of AI.
- This city will be carbon negative and water positive, that is, the environment will not harm but will benefit.
- There will be a modern system of depositing rain water and managing West with AI technology.

- More than 5,000 flats and houses will be built to live in this city.
- Schools and College for children,

Apart from this, a commercial space of 20 million square feet will also be prepared for high-tech companies and global capability centers here. The entire city will be built on about 300 acres of land, which will be spread in Kizkambalam and Kunnathunad areas of Ernakulam district.

How is the project working? (Ai City Kochi)
Infopark is developing this project and providing land GCDA (Greater Cochin Development Authority) for this.
The land pooling model is being adopted here. In this, large land is prepared by mixing small plots. When the project is completed, the owners are given back the developed part of their land.
MOU has been signed between the two institutions and in the next one year its master plan and full report will be submitted to the government.
