AIIMS NORCET-9 Result 2025 Declared: Choice Filling to Begin from 13th October

The wait for AIIMS NORCET-9 2025 results is over. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has declared the results for the National Nursing Officer Recruitment Examination (NORCET-9) Main Exam held on 27th September 2025. A total of 13,996 candidates have successfully cleared the exam.

The next phase of the recruitment process — choice filling — will begin on 13th October 2025 and continue until 20th October 2025. During this period, candidates will select their preferred colleges and posting locations, which will determine their seat allocation. Candidates’ eligibility and documents will be verified during the process, and discrepancies may lead to cancellation of their candidature.

Exam and Selection Details

The NORCET-9 main exam conducted on 27th September saw participation from 19,332 candidates, out of which 13,996 candidates were declared successful. AIIMS clarified that the results are provisional, and the final selection will be confirmed only after document verification.

Category-wise Results

The exam was conducted at a national level, with candidates from General, EWS, OBC, SC, ST, and PWBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) categories successfully qualifying.

Tie-Breaking Rules

AIIMS has laid down clear tie-breaking guidelines:

  1. Age Priority: In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate will be given a higher rank.

  2. Negative Marks: If age is also the same, the candidate with fewer incorrect answers will be ranked higher.
