According to Baba Ramdev’s tips, you can also include bottle gourd juice in your diet. Bottle gourd juice proves to be very effective in reducing weight. Fiber is present in it. Drinking this keeps the stomach full for a long time and hence one does not feel hungry. You can start your morning with bottle gourd juice.

chew ashwagandha leaves

According to the tips given by Baba, you can also consume Ashwagandha leaves. By consuming it you can lose 15 to 20 kg of weight. Ashwagandha leaves are rich in many antioxidants which help in boosting metabolism and also helps in weight loss. According to Baba Ramdev, consuming three leaves regularly in the morning, afternoon and evening is like reducing fat in the body.

If you are very worried about your weight and want to reduce it, then drink beetroot juice every morning after waking up as per the tips given by Baba Ramdev. By drinking this juice, your weight will reduce within a month.
