'Missing Ladies' is not a remake of any film. But it is based on 'Two Brides' written by Biplav Goswami. This film was accused of stealing the story from 'Burka City' directed by Fabrice Brack. However, Biplav had claimed that he had registered his story with the Screenwriters Association in 2014.
