Prayagraj. Former MP Kapilmuni Karwariya, detained in Naini Central Jail, has got one month parole for the marriage of his daughter. He will remain out of jail for a month. The government order has been issued on Friday. It is believed that soon Kapilmuni Karwariya will come out of the bars and meet his family.

Four people including Kapilmuni Karwaria were sentenced to life imprisonment in the murder case of former MLA Jawahar Pandit. In this murder case, the sentence of former MLA Udaybhan Karwaria has been waived. Under the Government Order, under the Code of Criminal Procedure, an order has been issued to release convicted prisoner Kapilmuni Karwariya (prisoner number 511-19), detained in Central Jail Naini, from prison on one month parole for the marriage of his daughter.

A restriction has also been imposed that he has to submit a personal bond along with two sureties to the satisfaction of maintaining peace and order during this period, maintaining good conduct and returning to the jail as soon as the parole period is over. No case against the prisoner should be pending in any court. This should be ensured and the jail conduct of the prisoner should be satisfactory. The period of parole will not be added to the sentence served by the prisoner. During the period of parole, the prisoner will keep reporting his presence in the police station of his place of residence. If the person does not appear in jail on the due date after the parole ends, immediate action will be taken against the prisoner and his sureties.
