LPG Gas Subsidy: Sometimes, despite refilling your gas cylinder, the gas subsidy doesn't arrive in your account for several months. If this has happened to you, there's no need to panic. You can easily resolve this issue from the comfort of your home.

LPG Gas Subsidy: Under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PM-Ujjwala Yojana) and Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), LPG subsidies are transferred directly to the beneficiary's bank account. However, there are instances where the subsidy meant for gas consumers ends up in someone else's account, or even after refilling your gas cylinder, the subsidy doesn't arrive in your account for several months.

If this has happened to you, there's no need to panic. You can easily resolve this issue from the comfort of your home. So, let's explain how to complain if you haven't received your gas subsidy.

Why might the subsidy be stopped?

If you've booked a gas cylinder under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PM-Ujjwala Yojana) and still haven't received your subsidy, there could be several reasons.

If your bank account isn't linked to Aadhaar, your subsidy payment through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) may be blocked.

In addition, those who haven't completed the e-KYC process or whose e-KYC is incomplete may also not receive their subsidy.

Sometimes, a bank account may become inactive due to a prolonged absence of transactions, which also prevents transactions from taking place.
