TCS Hikes: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a salary hike. This Diwali, TCS employees are set to enjoy a great time. TCS HR Director Sudip Kunnummal stated that senior employees will receive a high bonus based on their individual and group performance. He added that TCS has also increased its quarterly bonus compared to previous quarters. Kunnummal assured that TCS will continue to pay 100% variable pay to junior-level employees, including those in grades C, C1, and C2. These employees will also receive their annual increments as usual.

What will junior and senior employees receive?
He explained that almost all employees, with the exception of a few new employees, are covered by this quarterly bonus scheme. "Basically, it covers everyone who has been with our organization who is entitled to a quarterly bonus, except perhaps new joiners, but it covers practically everyone. Generally, at the junior level, we are paying 100 per cent, which will continue, and for seniors, we will pay a higher amount, which is again based on individual and unit performance," Kunnummal was quoted as saying by news agency PTI.

In an email, Kunnummal had informed that the annual salary hike for employees up to grade C3A has come into effect from September 25, 2025. High-performing employees received double-digit hikes.
