He also honoured his brother Zac, 37, declaring he has "always taken care of me and he did things that were so selfless, I want to be that to Olivia".
Born Nicholas Dylan Harrison Efron, the California native was named after legendary musician Bob Dylan.

Dylan Efron is romantically involved with Courtney King, and the star has spoken candidly about how Dancing with the Stars was proving challenging for her.
On the Viall Files podcast, he confessed: "I would be lying if [I said] Dancing With the Stars wasn't tough, but I think it's tougher on Courtney than me."
He also revealed that he is currently residing away from their Manhattan Beach home, closer to the studio.
Dylan and King have been acquainted since their school days, but he only made their relationship public in March.
"It's cool because she's actually not on social media and she works a 40-hour week job," he shared.
"It's not like I'm hiding her from the world or anything. She understands the job, all the stuff. She doesn't really like being on camera."
He then admitted that he was looking forward to the "next chapter" and "definitely" wants children.
