Jaipur News: Village Development Officer (VDO) committed suicide in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. The family has accused a female BDO and the Sarpanch of harassment.

Rajasthan News: A sad news has come out from Rajasthan. Where the Village Development Officer (VDO) committed suicide in Jaipur. The family of the deceased has made many allegations regarding the death of their son. The family members said – the female BDO, the Sarpanch and her son were continuously putting pressure. Due to which the son committed suicide due to grief.

There was a job for the post of Village Development Officer in 2023.

Let us tell you that SI Satish Kumar, who is investigating the case, said that the deceased Praveen Kumawat (31) lived in Mangyawas Colony in Ajmer. He was posted in Gram Panchayat Kanoj, Panchayat Samiti Kekri (Ajmer) on the post of Village Development Officer since 2023. His family lives in Jaipur, he had come to Jaipur to celebrate Diwali with his family. Police have collected evidence with the help of FSL team. The body has been sent to the mortuary of Jaipuria Hospital for postmortem. A case has been registered against the accused and investigation has been started. At the same time, the police registered a case of abetment to suicide against three people including the Gram Panchayat Sarpanch and Mahila Block Development Officer (BDO).

Praveen had to join duty the next morning.

Police investigation revealed that Praveen had gone to meet his relatives and friends after having dinner on the night of 27 October. Returned home late at night and went to his room and slept. In the morning when the family went to call him for tea, the door did not open for a long time. After shouting a lot, when there was no movement, he looked through the window and found the body hanging from the noose on the fan. Let us tell you that Praveen had to return to duty on the morning of 28th October. But the family members did not know that after the Diwali happiness, the son will give such a huge sorrow that he will not be able to heal for the rest of his life.
