Tesla CEO Elon Musk and podcast host Joe Rogan have joked about Jeff Bezos's impressive physique.

On a recent episode of Rogan's podcast, the duo speculated that the Amazon founder might be "partially taking some testosterone injections."

The light-hearted banter came as they discussed how drastically Bezos has changed since he launched Amazon in 1994.

Rogan, 58, said on his podcast, "The 61-year-old is definitely doing some testosterone."

He further added that Bezos "looks jacked—quick," to which Musk laughed and repeated the word.

The Tesla CEO then quipped how Bezos has transformed from a "pencil-necked geek" to someone who looks like Dwayne Johnson.

Rogan chimed in with "like a little miniature alpha fella."

Musk humorously noted how Bezos's physique has changed over the years.

He said, "But then, in his earlier pictures, his neck is like a noodle... and his voice dropped by about two octaves."

Despite the light-hearted jabs from Rogan and Musk, Bezos has never confirmed or denied speculation about human growth hormone (HGH) or testosterone injections contributing to his fitness journey.

Bezos first drew attention for his buff appearance in 2017.

In a 2023 Business Insider report, it was revealed that the billionaire had undergone a major overhaul in his body and lifestyle.

His wife Lauren Sanchez had previously told The Wall Street Journal that Bezos was "extremely dedicated" to his workouts, and even "stolen" her trainer Wes Okerson who trained stars like Tom Cruise and Gerard Butler.

He used to eat a pack of Pillsbury biscuits with butter every morning until his then-wife MacKenzie Scott encouraged him to read the nutrition labels.

"Honestly, that wasn't even a concept for me—that there was something in food," Bezos had said earlier.
